About me : who I am, not what I do.
Hello my name is Courtney (she/her).
Chances are if you’ve come this far you probably already have an idea of what I do, but you may still be questioning who I am... our time together in clinic can also be strange like that. It’s important to me to keep our sessions focused on what is happening for you and your body. That can leave some people wondering about me. So here’s where you can get to know me a little more!

I live for a sunny Sunday long run along the Yarra Trail.
I made a promise to myself that I’ll always have a creative project on the go. (Currently quilting and patchwork.)
I have a passion for food and love nothing more than a good meal in good company.
I am a doting auntie to two nieces who light up my world.
My partner is a keen fisherman and tells me he will one day have a boat called “Court ney fish?”
I have one coffee a day, never on an empty stomach.
I buy once and buy well.
My Chinese Medicine sin is often getting caught in the cold until my lips turn blue.
I’ll eat anything and everything except for spam in a can.
I practice what I preach.
My biggest cheerleader is my older sister.
My friends think I’m a witch and my child self is stoked.
I’m an Outlouder and an Armchairy.
I loathe strength training and do it anyway.
My first job was at Noodle Haven and I would come home smelling like a prawn cracker.
I drink an absurd amount of tea.
I believe if it’s meant to be it will be.
